While living in San Fransisco, we started a tradition on Valentine's Day where Garrett would cook dinner! We found that restaurants were too crowded, the food wasn't that great, and we felt rushed while trying to enjoy a dinner out. So, we now stay IN and Garrett does all the cooking and cleanup! Its quite a lovely treat for me. This year Garrett cooked an AMAZING dinner: roasted Cornish game hen with a savory herb and apricot pan sauce, citrus green beans, wild rice with golden raisins, and HOMEMADE dinner rolls with herb butter. It was wonderful!
