We celebrated my mom's birthday by going out to dinner at the Fall's Terrace, then cake and presents back at the house. It was a lovely evening ~ I love you so much Mom!!!

Angel Food Cake with Fresh Raspberry Frosting ~ this was one of my mom's favorite desserts that her Grandma Heldt used to make. I was more than happy to make it for her!
